Select an item
To find a gift item or voucher to send, select an item from one of the categories listed above. Once you select the item you want to send, choose the quantity and options you want. Then click on the buttons "recalculate" and 'buy now'. This takes you to the shopping cart.

Proceed to pay
Once at the Shopping Cart, you will view the information and cost of the order. At this point, you can still add items by clicking the link 'shop more' . You can also remove items by clicking the button 'remove item' below the item you no longer want. Click the button 'check out' to continue to the next page. Register your name and contact information with us. By registering, you can track the status of your first order and any future orders you place with us.

Recipient information
Once registered, provide us with the recipient contact information. It is critical to give us their first and last names together with a reliable mobile phone number (or other telephone number). We will use this information when contacting the recipient about the order.

Payment information
You can use bank deposit via PayPal in US, Canada, Australia, UK, Italy, and many other supported countries. Customers will be able to pay with Credit Cards (any country), Verified Bank transfer via PayPal (any country), and PayPal account. See our Order and Payment Options for further information.

Pick-up or Delivery
Pick-up
After you list your billing address and recipient address you will then choose 'home delivery' or 'pick-up' and charged accordingly. Even if you chose 'home delivery' your recipient can still pick up their package from our office in Addis Ababa and receive an instant delivery charge rebate. We will notify the recipient of our office hours and location.
Delivery
We service and deliver within a thirty-mile radius of Addis Ababa.

Receive order confirmation
After you have placed an order we will send you an order number. Use this number to track the status of the order. Also, should you decide to pay for your order at a later time, you can re-activate your order, using this reference number.

Email updates
While processing your order we will keep you informed along the way with progress we make. Should any problems arise with your order e.g. we are unable to contact your recipient, we will get in touch with you immediately.
